Senior Account Officer

Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Experience: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audit processes.
Monitor budget variances and assist in implementing cost control measures.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and support MIS reports to assist in management decision-making.
Requirements

CA Inter or CA Finalist (mandatory).
3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and applicable financial regulations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high professional integrity.
