We’re looking for an energetic and responsible Clinic Manager to join our team at Celestial Paws Veterinary Clinic, Besant Nagar.

About Us:

Celestial Paws is a premium veterinary clinic offering consultations, surgeries, grooming, and retail — serving both pet parents and rescuers with compassion and quality care.

Your Role:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic and front desk

Coordinate appointments, treatments, grooming schedules, and stock management

Manage the client experience — from warm welcomes to efficient billing

Support the veterinary team and ensure smooth workflow

Handle vendor coordination, medicine inventory, and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in clinic / hospital / pet care / hospitality / retail management preferred

Strong communication and people skills

Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure

Basic computer skills (billing, record keeping, etc.)

A genuine love for animals ????????
