Assistant Manager – Operations For Supplier Collaboration Team Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.)

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers through regular communication, performance reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers to address queries, negotiate terms, and manage expectations.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor supplier performance metrics such as delivery timelines, quality standards, compliance, and responsiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and work closely with suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and production to align supplier capabilities with organizational needs.
Ensure timely order placements, track deliveries, and manage any supply disruptions proactively to minimize impact on operations.
Quality Assurance Support:
Partner with quality teams to ensure suppliers meet the required quality standards and regulatory compliances.
Facilitate supplier audits and follow up on corrective action plans.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in the supply chain related to supplier performance, capacity, or market conditions and develop mitigation strategies.
Support contingency planning to ensure supply continuity.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, contracts, performance data, and improvement initiatives.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into supplier performance and collaboration effectiveness.
