About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Deliver value to the client through efficient project management of the leadership development journey
2. Ensure user adoption and engagement with the platform
3. Report value creation through data analytics
4. Enable the enterprise buyer to achieve the results critical to them
5. Ensure our enterprise clients are satisfied with their buy and that they are getting the most out of the platform
Requirements:
1. A final year student of BBA (HR specialization)
2. A person with a keen interest in the talent development domain
3. A person who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver satisfaction to internal teams and external stakeholders
4. A person with excellent communication, interpersonal, and data-crunching skills
