Job Title: Customer Service Executive Voice Process
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, products, or general support.
Update customer records accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Follow company processes and maintain data confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
PUC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation:
CTC: 3.2 3.8 LPA + Incentives & Other Benefits
