As a Data Analyst, you will help us unlock valuable insights from vast amounts of data.

You will play a key role in analyzing trends, building models, and developing data-driven strategies that will directly influence business decisions and help us serve our local communities more effectively. Key Responsibilities :

– Propose solutions based on data insights and help in formulating strategies for various business challenges.

– Analyze datasets to discover trends, patterns, and relationships that can inform business decisions.

– Present complex findings in a clear, actionable way using data visualization techniques. Create dashboards and reports that allow stakeholders to make informed decisions.

– Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to address business challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure data integration and to turn business problems into data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications :

– Proven experience as a Data Analyst.

– Strong experience in data mining and statistical analysis.

– Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model building.

– Experience in analytics/ML libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Scipy or similar libraries

– Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization.

– Experience with MPP databases such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift for large-scale data processing and analytics.

– Familiarity with cloud data platforms and architectures (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Haves :

– Experience analyzing customer and marketing data for e-commerce platforms.

– Exposure to various analytical & marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, CleverTap, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Analytics etc.

– Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and operations research.

– Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as GPT (e.g., GPT-4, GPT-3), DALL-E, Claude etc.

– Exposure to AI-driven AutoML tools for automating model building and optimization (e.g., Google Cloud AutoML, H2O.ai, DataRobot).
