Position: Principal Engineer / AI Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Develop Core Systems

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise cloud AI platform services.
Drive evolution of microservices architecture to enhance performance, resilience, and developer productivity.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of learning.
Establish and enforce best practices for developing cutting-edge AI solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with AI research, engineering, product, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Lead architectural reviews and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
AI Innovation & Exploration

Explore and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Collaborate with AI research teams to implement GenAI and ML solutions in production.
Quality, Security & Compliance

Champion CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and robust security practices.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, privacy laws, and internal policies.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, ML/AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:

12+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
Hands-on experience with Python, Go, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, and scalable storage solutions.
Expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
AI/ML & Data Skills:

Deep experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on with GenAI technologies, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.
Soft Skills & Leadership:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering projects end-to-end.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
