Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and communicating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting analysis of business systems and processes, and recommending improvements to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions
Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of various business processes
Strong Communication skills for effectively conveying information to stakeholders
Experience in identifying and documenting Business Requirements
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with business analysis tools and software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
