Job Timing : 10am-06:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new IT service sales opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including regular communication, needs assessment, and solution provision.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
4. Proposal and Pitch Development: Develop and deliver proposals and pitches to clients, including RFP responses, presentations, and demos.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and technical, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT sales and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Skills:
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
4. Knowledge:
– Strong understanding of the IT services industry and market trends.
– Familiarity with IT service sales methodologies and tools, such as CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
