Generative AI Prompt Specialist (Image & Video)

About the job
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Generative AI Prompt Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting effective, high-quality prompts that generate stunning images and videos using state-of-the-art GenAI tools (e.g., Flux, Nano Banana, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Sora, etc.).

This role blends creative writing, visual storytelling, and a strong understanding of AI model capabilities. You’ll collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to bring bold ideas to life through text-to-image and text-to-video generation.

Responsibilities

Write, refine, and optimize prompts to produce high-quality AI-generated images and videos.

Develop prompt libraries and templates for various use cases (marketing, product, social media, concept design, etc.).

Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align AI outputs with project goals.

Analyze and iterate based on AI model outputs to improve generation quality.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI tools and visual AI platforms.

Assist in testing and benchmarking different generative models.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with GenAI tools for image and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, Pika, Sora).

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and visual composition.

Familiarity with multimodal prompt chaining and prompt logic for storytelling.

Ability to communicate visual ideas through concise, descriptive, and strategic text prompts.

Portfolio of AI-generated images/videos and corresponding prompts (please include in application).

Knowledge of creative workflows in advertising, branding, or design is a plus.

Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
