Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic BPO team as Customer Service Executives. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls and resolving customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers
Resolve queries related to products, services, or orders
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain call records and update customer information
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Industry
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer pressure and multitask
Graduation is mandatory
