Data Analyst Fabel Services Pvt Ltd.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of data structures, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collect data from different sources like databases, reports, and systems, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support key business functions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and support business planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including product, marketing, finance, and operations to address analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Assist in the development of predictive models, customer segmentation, and performance tracking frameworks.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation of data pipelines and processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
