About the job
To strategize and implement USD EDD whitelisting program for RBG-SME/NEOBIZ segment for smooth transaction thereby supporting the FX revenue and productivity and provided a comfort and trust among customers.
To take crucial initiatives to enhance & digitize the existing process and recommend the best possible solution to streamline the overall product.
Represent Business in managing the overall Customer/RBG SME/NEOBIZ/RM’s and Other Stake holder’s critical tech and USD EDD process related challenges.
To proactively recommend and drive USD payment related promotions & campaigns targeting N2B plus existing customers to drive the overall team productivity and revenue.
