About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to drive dydx Labs’ online presence, lead digital marketing initiatives, and build a strong content and brand strategy. You will be responsible for performance marketing, social media growth, and end-to-end content planning and execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of digital growth.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, giving you the opportunity to directly shape dydx Labs’ brand, communication, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
– Lead and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content and community interaction.
– Create, manage, and execute content plans (blogs, newsletters, case studies, website copy, social posts, campaigns).
– Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance across channels; provide data-driven insights.
– Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and content to improve campaign performance.
– Explore and test new growth channels, marketing tools, and trends.
– Collaborate with design and development teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
– Support sales initiatives with targeted marketing campaigns, email outreach, and lead nurturing content.
Requirements
– 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management.
– Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO/SEM, paid social, and organic growth strategies.
– Ability to lead content planning and create engaging, high-quality marketing content.
– Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
– Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/agency environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
