Urgent hiring For international voice process Sutherland

#We are hiring for International Voice/Non-voice process. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills in English, who wants to kick start a career in International Customer Support domain.

Currently we have opening for international voice process for customer support role .
We are on the lookout for candidates with Excellent communication in English to join our team as Customer Support Associates to assist our global clientele.

*Role: Customer Care Associate / Customer support (Voice and non-voice)
*Required Skills: Excellent English Communication
*Experience: 0-3years
*Location: Kochi , WFO

Roles and Responsibilities :
Excellent communication skills
Immediate availability for joining our team
Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns.
Giving detailed explanations of services or products.
Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.

Required Skills :
Candidate should be excellent in communication skills
Should have good non verbal communication skills
Looking for typing speed of 35WPM 90% Accuracy
Good to have customer handling skills
Should have good knowledge on customer support
Graduates & Undergraduates can also apply
Should be flexible to work from office and night shifts

Please note : This would be a WFO opportunity with rotational night shifts
Work Location – Kochi
Salary – as per the market standards.
