Content Writer & AI Prompt Specialist
Commversion is looking for a Content Writer & AI Prompt Specialist to craft clear, persuasive knowledge content and optimize AI chatbot prompts. You’ll translate complex client needs into engaging KB articles and conversion focused conversational copy. Your work will drive higher chat-to-lead conversions, reduce manual intervention, and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Knowledge Bank (KB) content for B2B clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with Commversion’s lead-gen strategy.
Write creative contest/engagement content for internal operations teams.
Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams to convert complex client requirements into easy-to-follow content.
Design, test, and refine AI prompts to train chatbots for accurate, natural, and conversion-focused conversations.
Maintain tone consistency across all KB and AI responses (professional, persuasive, and customer-centric).
Track bot performance, analyze prompt effectiveness, and continuously optimize for lead conversion.
Stay updated on AI/LLM advancements to recommend improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or product content writing
Proven experience in content writing (preferably B2B SaaS, real estate, mortgage, or marketing).
Hands-on experience in AI training or prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI, GPT models, Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar platforms).
Strong grasp of lead-generation processes and customer engagement psychology.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple KB articles, contests, and bot training tasks simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience in chat process training, CX optimization, or quality audits
Good to have:

AI bots that deliver higher chat-to-lead conversion %.
Contest write-ups that boost operator participation and motivation.
