HCL Tech hiring for AI/ML/Gen Ai for Pune ,Bangalore and Chennai location

Location: Pune,

Total Exp: 5/6- 8 Years, Relevant Exp: 4-5 years ( Mandatory)

Skills:

Python / Java / Any programming Skills
Rest API – Flask or Fast API
GenAI Framework: LangChain / LangGraph / Haystack
Cloud: Azure / AWS / GCP ( Basic )
Python Framework: Pandas, numpy, Scykit-learn
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI solutions to solve business challenges.
Design and optimize algorithms for data processing, feature engineering, and pattern recognition.
Strong knowledge of at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)and AWS/Azure will be preferred
Experience working on AI projects, including model development, training, and deployment
Drive innovation by leveraging advanced statistical techniques, deep learning, and GenAI technology
Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in model development and deployment.
Mentor junior developer and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Certification in either of AWS, Azure, Cloud Platform.
Experience and/or Certification in Kubernetes, TerraformRole & responsibilities
