Investment Banking Analyst Dotflick Solutions

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Fundraising Head to support and execute the entire fundraising process, from origination to deal closure.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on the real estate industry and factors impacting the organization, including competitor analysis, financial parameters, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Develop and refine detailed business models, assess capital requirements, and contribute to the structuring of diverse financial deals.
Prepare compelling collateral for transactions, including pitch books and information memorandums, tailored for potential investors.
Actively participate in deal origination efforts, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
Build, refine, and update complex financial models, including but not limited to Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Companies Analysis (CCA), Precedent Transactions Analysis (PTA), M&A models, and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) models to assess transaction feasibility and financing structures.
Address investor queries promptly and accurately, providing insightful financial data and analysis.
Facilitate and support commercial, legal, and financial due diligence processes.
Assist in the seamless closure of transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements affecting transactions, including but not limited to:
Tax implications for deal structuring (e.g., slump sales, floating of SPVs, dividend distribution tax).
Intercompany borrowing, NCDs, CCDs, and equity at both entity and SPV levels.
Other direct and indirect taxes.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions, M&A, LBO).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
