Position Summary: First point of contact to the customers.
Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities: –
Managing Inbound calls
Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues.
Building sustainable customer relationships.
Keeping records of all conversations organized.
Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieving targets.
Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Call Centre Agent Skills : –
Detail-oriented : Agents must listen carefully to customers and be able to pick up on small details to provide accurate responses to customers.
Organized : Agents need to be able to access CRM systems and track recorded conversations while speaking to customers.
Flexible : Agents must be able to adapt to unique customer queries and situations.
Friendly/empathetic : Agents need to be able to understand a situation from a customer’s perspective and have a positive attitude toward people, even when dealing with difficult problems.
Calm under pressure : Agents may have to handle hundreds of customers calls each day. They should be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Effective communicator : Agents need great verbal/written skills to effectively communicate with customers.
Professional : Agents must be able to apply professional behavior with colleagues and customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction quickly and effectively.

Fluency in communication (English/Telugu)
Familiar with MS Office Tools
Have a good attitude – should be committed to the work
Can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks in tight timeline frames.

Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer queries and concerns.
Excellent customer handling and customer engagement skills.
