Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Backoffice (BGV) Executive – Education Equivalency at HINDUSTAN RECRUITMENT, located in Delhi. The Backoffice (BGV) Executive will be responsible for handling back office operations, managing BGV (Background Verification) processes for educational equivalency, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include communication with clients and team members, providing customer service, and supporting finance and sales departments as needed.
Qualifications
Back Office Operations experience
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
