Position Overview:
In search of a Data Science Analyst & User Experience (UX) Specialist adept in leveraging specialized tools to optimize the digital workplace experience. The candidate will utilize several tools like Nexthink for digital employee experience management, Qualtrics for experience data collection and analysis, Aternity for end-user experience monitoring, and 1E Tachyon for real-time IT operations and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Modeling : Apply data science methods using tools like Python, R, SQL, and leverage Nexthink for real-time analytics and automation to enhance digital employee experiences 1 .
User Experience Design : Utilize Qualtrics to gather and analyze user feedback, creating user-centric designs informed by data 2 .
Performance Monitoring : Implement Aternity to monitor and improve end-user experience across all applications and devices 3 .
IT Operations & Security : Use 1E Tachyon to manage and secure endpoints with real-time operational agility 4 .
Collaboration & Integration : Work with IT and development teams to integrate insights from Nexthink, Qualtrics, Aternity, and 1E Tachyon into UX design and IT strategies.
Innovation & Research : Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital workplace tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency with data science tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and UX design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
Experience with digital workplace tools such as Nexthink, Qualtrics, Aternity, and 1E Tachyon.
