We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service and Upselling Executives for our International Voice Process (Inbound – UK Telecom Campaign)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from UK customers for a leading UK Telecom provider
Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries efficiently
Identify opportunities to upsell telecom products/services to existing customers
Meet daily and monthly targets for upselling and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills.
Candidates with excellent presence of mind, confidence, and a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Job Details:

Process: International Voice Process UK Telecom (Inbound & Upselling)
Shift Timing: Any 9 hours between 12:30 PM to 1:30 AM (rotational)
Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational split week offs)
Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake, Sector 5.
Transport: Free drop facility provided

Salary & Benefits:

For Freshers: 15,000 In-hand + Statutory Benefits (PF, ESI, etc.)
For Experienced Candidates: 20-30% hike on last documented salary upto 25,000 INR In-hand + Statutory Benefits (PF, ESI, etc.)
Performance Incentives: Up to 15,000/month
