Pre Sales Tele caller (Real Estate)

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – 20,000 per month

Language Speaking – English (Mandatory), Hindi.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Client Communication:
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls.
Schedule meetings and provide pre-sales support to address client inquiries.
Proposal Preparation:
Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead nurturing.
CRM Management:
Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage client interactions efficiently.
Understanding Client Needs:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, qualifying them as suitable prospects.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and drive business success.
Qualifications & Skills:

2-3 years of experience in a telecalling or pre-sales role, preferably in real estate.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
