Key Responsibilities:

Assist the BDM and vertical heads in developing and executing lead generation plans for all Verticals (Virtual Assistance, KPO, IT, etc.)
Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update the lead database and CRM systems regularly.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Team to Genetare leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Prepare basic presentations and assist in proposal development for prospective clients.
Participate in events, webinars, or exhibitions to represent AtoZ VirtuaL and promote its offerings.
Actively drive school outreach and engagement to promote participation in India Emerging Talent Quest (IETQ) our Flagship Initiative —a national-level school competition for Grades 1 to 10.
Need to visit the school whenever required

Generate leads and connect with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to generate interest, explain program benefits, and secure registrations.
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to manage leads and nurture relationships with school stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, lead status, and registration details using internal tools and CRM.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously upgrade knowledge about AtoZ VirtuaL’s services and the IETQ initiative.
Key Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or educational outreach.
Passion for education and ability to connect with school stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language preferred).
Confident, target-driven, and persistent with strong follow-up discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Business, Education, or Marketing.
Prior experience working with educational institutions, EdTech, or event registration campaigns is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
