What you’ll do
About the Role
An ideal candidate should be a T-shaped marketer interested in building and refining the SEO/ASO strategy for our diverse clientele across different industries. The candidate should have previous experience managing clients independently and leading a team of SEO/ASO analysts. The candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, and have good technical, communication & analytical skills.
Previous agency experience would be an added advantage.
What You’ll Do:
Research Oriented
– Lead and manage state-of-the-art SEO/ASO strategies to directly optimize and improve organic results for our clients through deep research, strategizing, management, and effective reporting.
– Conduct thorough Keyword research and audits in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
– Effectively communicate strategizing to SEO/ASO team for timely and efficient results.
– Collaborate with internal teams for suggestions and optimizations on campaigns.
Strategizing & Optimizations
– The candidate is primarily responsible for enhancing organic visits to our clients website/app via optimizing content, implementing off-page and on-page SEO/ASO strategies, and resolving technical issues and roadblocks directly impacting business growth
– Provide SEO/ASO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages, blogs, and relevant keyword research.
– Effectively use search engine tools like Google Search Console, SEM Rush, etc. to identify and resolve technical issues.
– Direct the implementation of internal & external link building via guest posts, social, and other content strategies.
Reporting & Management
– Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO/ASO strategies for efficient reporting.
– Communicate with clients and managers to provide project development, and results within timelines.
– Manage and execute strategies with the team of SEO/ASO analysts.
– Keep abreast of the latest SEO/ASO and integrated marketing trends.
What We Need
Education
– Bachelors degree required (preferably from a technical background).
– MBA would be an added advantage.
Years of Experience
– 6+ years of experience creating exceptional SEO/ASO strategies for clients.
– Prior digital marketing agency experience would be an added advantage.
– Working knowledge of SEO/ASO tools preferred.
