EDTECH BDA (US / NIGHT SHIFT)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our growing EdTech team in Bangalore. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents in making informed decisions about their education. This is a night shift role that requires exceptional communication skills and prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents via phone, email, and video calls to help them understand various academic programs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate guidance and recommendations.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience.
Follow up on leads through CRM and other tools.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
Prior experience in EdTech or academic counseling (mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the EdTech sector.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
