BDE | Upwork Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelancer to join our team and help us grow our business by generating new leads and acquiring clients through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance portals.

This is a remote position with a commission-based pay structure, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, knows how to pitch services, and has experience winning projects online.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and bid on relevant projects across platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
Maintain consistent communication with leads and convert them into paying clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and align bids with company offerings.
Track and report on bidding success rates, client conversations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain a strong professional network for consistent business opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in online bidding, lead generation, or sales (especially in the freelance marketplace).
Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills in English.
Good understanding of digital marketing, web development, design, or related service industries (preferred).
Ability to work independently and deliver targets without supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools or tracking systems for lead management is a plus.
