Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the front line support for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively through Twitter and other social media channels. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback, empathetic, and timely manner.
Bot Training: Using strong written communication abilities to help train our customer service bots
Brand Voice: Communicate using the company’s tone and style guidelines to ensure a consistent brand presence on Social Media.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track customer interactions, identify trends in feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience and processes.
Content Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to answer customer questions about campaigns, promotions, and other public content.
Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to engage with customers and the online community to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, social media management, or related roles is preferred.
Skills:
Strong written English communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the X platform
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Tech Savvy:
Comfort with using customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce and Other CRMs) and basic analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptability to handle different customer personalities and challenging situations.
