Educational Counsellor – Part-Time (Freelance/Gig Role)

About the Role:

We’re looking for dynamic and self-driven Educational Counsellors to join us on a part-time, freelance basis. This is a performance-driven opportunity, ideal for those who want to work flexibly and earn based on the impact they create.

You will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our programs, resolving their queries, and helping them make informed decisions about enrolling in our career-oriented programs.

What You’ll Do:

Interact with prospective students and parents over call, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand student needs and suggest suitable TechBairn programs.
Guide them through the enrolment process and convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain records and update status of each lead in the CRM.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve conversion processes.
Compensation Structure:

This is a purely performance-based, part-time gig role. There is no fixed monthly salary. The payout will be based on monthly conversions.

Base Pay of ₹10,000/month on achieving 20 conversions
₹400 per conversion (applicable on every successful enrollment)
Performance Bonus of up to ₹5,000/month based on quality, engagement, and overall performance
Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹20,000+ (including base, conversion payout, and incentive)
