Freelance sales manager
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and conversions.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Set sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client travel needs and provide tailored recommendations and advice.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Ensure accurate and timely booking of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
Product and Market Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news.
Source and develop new products and services to meet customer demands.
Build relationships with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Pay: ₹13,799.55 – ₹56,049.51 per month
