Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) professional to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily support and guidance on ServiceNow FSM functionalities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow FSM modules
Assist with configuration, customization, and integration tasks
Help end-users and clients resolve technical issues efficiently
Offer daily guidance and ensure ServiceNow FSM operations run smoothly
Requirements:

Proven experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to commit 2 hours daily, Monday through Friday
Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed time slots
Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certification(s) in FSM or related modules
Prior experience in a part-time or freelance ServiceNow support role
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
