Relationship manager

Responsibilities:

Call new leads and explain about our free franchise webinar.
Motivate leads to attend the webinar by solving their initial queries.
Follow up with leads post-webinar and encourage them to book 1-on-1 meetings.
Maintain records in Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Coordinate with webinar and 1-on-1 teams for smooth closure.
Skills Required:

Fluent in Hindi + basic English.
Clear speaking voice, friendly and confident personality.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Strong record-keeping and data management abilities.
Pay Structure:

Rs 50 per webinar attendee from assigned leads.
Rs 100 per 1-on-1 booking after follow-up.
Rs 10,000 bonus for every final franchise deal from your assigned leads.
