Techno USA LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Support officer, The ideal candidate should have a strong written and verbal communication skill in English language.

·Research and identify target industries, markets, and potential clients and generate Leads.
· Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and maintain a database of prospects.

·Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
· Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.
· Present the company’s Product to clients, highlighting their value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients.
· Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including sales forecast.

·Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and quotations in collaboration with Sales Manager

· Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide guidance when needed.

·Contribute to promote the company’s products.
· Perform Customer feedback survey

Skilled Required :

· Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.

· Fluent English is must.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Previous experience in Lead generation is must

· Experience with sales industry software like client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.

· Minimum 2 years of experience require

Timings – 07 PM to 3AM

Remote Job: Work from Home ( must have internet speed of 40 mbps , laptop or PC , headphones and quite environment )
