Account Executive

Job Title: Account Executive

Please Note:

Candidate from Pune or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred and good communication is mandatory

Male Candidate Preferred

Candidate should be comfortable for outside office work. as there will be field work twice in a week.

Shift: IST 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

This is remote work, we expect you have separate working room with no distractions, Minimum 30 MBPS Internet, Stable Internet connection with Own Laptop/Desktop.

Good work station and Video Cam daily video call with team

Role Purpose:

The role is responsible to supervise the company’s financial habits and spending procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage Account payable (vendor invoices/payments) & receivables (invoicing / collection.
Payment settlement with vendors
Billing to customers – Customer invoicing
Preparation of MIS
Assisting Monthly book closures Revenue / Cost for Cost/Profit center
Handling Cash & Bank Payments.
Daily expense booking
GST return
TDS Return
Employee taxes
FORM 16A,16B,26AS experience
SEZ Law
PF and ESIC knowledge
Professional Tax Return
Bank payment gateway reconciliation
Co-ordinate in completion of month-end tasks and reporting requirements.
Monitor & conduct analysis on Overdue Payments
Role Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
3- 4 years of experience
At least 2 Years of CA exp is necesary.
Basic Accounts Knowledge
Experience in processing payroll will be an added advantage
Strong MS Excel Skills
Long term prospect
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Candidate must be living in Pune or willing to relocate.
