Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other strategic methods. Additionally, they will play a critical role in nurturing and closing leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:I
Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.Conduct cold calls to prospects to pitch our services and build relationships.
Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups.Collaborate with the sales team to help convert leads into successful closures.Provide market insights and feedback to refine strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and closure targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and sales (LinkedIn and cold calling experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.Expected to have experience in Technology Sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
