Experience: 4 – 8 year’s (IT Sales)

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire clients through platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
IT Staffing & Augmentation: Manage staff augmentation requirements, collaborate with recruitment teams, and ensure seamless talent deployment.
Proposal Management: Write and submit compelling bids and proposals on freelance portals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
