Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and hardworking Business Development & Marketing Executive to help expand Orgenik Bulk’s presence in both domestic and international markets.

You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building buyer relationships, closing deals, and fueling growth across India and beyond.

This is not just an execution role — you’ll take ownership of growth in key markets and drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and connect with B2B buyers — exporters, wholesalers, brands, Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and Food & Healthcare industries.

– Generate and follow up on leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and more.

– Build strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.

– Negotiate pricing, share quotations, and close large orders effectively.

– Create tailored proposals and sales decks to present our products professionally.

– Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead-generating campaigns.

– Coordinate with sourcing/logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.

– Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and in-person client meetings when required.

– Travel to targeted cities for marketing campaigns and client visits.

– Maintain CRM records and report progress weekly.

– Monitor competitor pricing and strategies for market intelligence.

– Gather feedback to improve products, packaging, and service quality.

– Stay alert to market trends and actively suggest growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

– Excellent communication in English and Hindi (other regional or foreign languages are a plus).

– 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales — preferably in agriculture, FMCG, exports, B2B marketplaces, or Horeca.

– Energetic, dashing, and creative personality with strong initiative.

– Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to help build something impactful from the ground up.

– Able to work independently, take ownership, and stay organized.

– Willing to travel frequently for business meetings and events.

– Familiarity with platforms like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.

– Skilled in client handling, communication, negotiation, and presentations.

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

– Freshers with sharp thinking, commitment, and a hunger to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
