We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive sales and revenue growth at Edunutshell. The ideal candidate will engage with students, colleges, and professionals to promote our training and internship programs, build relationships, and generate enrollments. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a result-driven mindset, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential students, colleges, and corporate partners.
Sales & Enrollments: Explain Edunutshell’s programs, address inquiries, and close deals to drive admissions.
Follow-ups & Engagement: Maintain relationships with leads, follow up effectively, and provide excellent customer support.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with universities, placement cells, and industry leaders to promote Edunutshell.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Any Field)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in EdTech sales, B2C sales, or business development is a plus. or Even Freshers
