Responsibilities

Generate leads through self-lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach
Convert potential clients into long-term business partners
Understand and pitch web, app, and custom software development services
Develop business strategies to drive revenue growth
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Must-Have Qualifications

✅ 2+ years of experience in Business Development & Strategy
✅ Proven ability to close deals of $10,000+ on average
✅ Basic understanding of web, app, and software development services
✅ Strong knowledge of scalability & customization in IT solutions
✅ Excellent communication skills & ability to explain technical concepts simply
✅ Comfortable working in a remote setting
