About the Role

We are seeking a driven and well-networked Business Development Associate to lead outreach efforts in the Government (B2G) segment. This role involves initiating contact with government officials across various districts, setting up strategic meetings, and facilitating partnerships that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to government officials at district and state levels to introduce and advocate for our initiatives.
Arrange and coordinate virtual/in-person meetings with key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the government ecosystem.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between field feedback and organizational goals.
Represent the organization with professionalism and clarity in all engagements.
Requirements

Prior experience working in roles involving public sector engagement, government liaison, or grassroots program coordination.
Strong rapport or working relationships within district-level government offices will be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
Understanding of government processes, departments, and decision-making structures.
Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in social impact, education, or development sector roles with exposure to district administration are highly encouraged to apply.
A demonstrated ability to navigate government systems and build trust with officials is essential.
