We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing – HR Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to :-

Develop and implement effective HR sales and marketing strategies to generate business.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to boost business growth.
Analyse market trends and competitor behaviour.
Focuses on closing deals and generating revenue, generate leads, and build customer relationships.
Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Involves direct communication with customers to close deals.
Includes prospecting, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deal.
Focuses on New HR strategies from the market to the customer.
Creating awareness, generating leads, and building customer relationships.
A Sales and Marketing Specialist is a professional who drives a company’s revenue. They design and execute marketing strategies, attract potential customers, and close sales deals.

Skills Required: –
