Job description

Looking for a suitable candidate who wants to make his/ her career in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in KPO/ Analytics industry. The person will be part of the Inside Sales team and will engage in lead generation activity to support Business Development Manager. The candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and have a dynamic personality.

Job Description and desired profile

Familiar with or quickly learning different lead generation methods.
Help in managing and developing a database for lead generation.
Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media resources.
Identify potential accounts and key decision-makers through research.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Help Business Development Managers through qualified leads & opportunities for further development and closure.
Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Establish long-term relationships with key customers.
Achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
Proven inside sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Candidates should have good business acumen.
Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
