We are a fast-growing SaaS company providing an innovative, cloud-based solution designed specifically for garment and apparel manufacturers. Our platform helps streamline operations, enhance productivity, and digitize business processes from order to delivery.
We are expanding our presence in Mumbai and are looking for a passionate and proactive individual based in Mumbai to be our on-ground representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent our company and product in the Mumbai region
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients (in-person & remote)
Schedule and attend client meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding sessions
Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, networking, and cold outreach
Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, status updates, and feedback
Build strong, lasting relationships with garment manufacturers and other industry players
Coordinate with internal sales, product, and support teams for smooth execution
Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and garment industry events in the area
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or business development (preferably in apparel/garment/Footwear/Plastic/Cosmetic sector)
Must be based in Mumbai and familiar with the local geography and industries hubs
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred)
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer handling, and follow-up techniques
Comfortable with fieldwork, client visits, and local travel within Mumbai
Basic tech-savviness – ability to understand and demonstrate a SaaS product
Own two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory
