Business development executive

Egad Technologies is a healthcare BPO and RCM services provider based in Coimbatore, offering end-to-end medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management solutions to clients across the US. As a growing startup, we are looking for proactive professionals to drive our business development efforts and bring in new projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves cold calling, lead generation, and client conversion with a focus on acquiring new RCM projects from US-based healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify new business leads using all available online tools, directories, databases, and professional networks.
Perform cold calls and email outreach to potential US-based healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, physician groups).
Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to follow up.
Present company services and proposals effectively to decision-makers.
Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and follow-up actions.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets related to leads and conversions.
Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to leadership.
Requirements

1–5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (preferably in the healthcare BPO or RCM domain).
Strong understanding of RCM services like medical billing, coding, and AR follow-up is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to work in US time zones (EST/PST) as required.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Prior experience working with US-based clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹145,000.00 per month
