Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives/Associates to drive sales and connect with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential leads via calls, messages, or emails.
Educate clients about our offerings and convert them into qualified sales.
Schedule and conduct product/service demos or consultations.
Maintain records of interactions and update CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
– Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
– Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
– Incentive based sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
