We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design sector.
Develop and implement strategic plans to onboard high-end clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and referrals.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand offerings and communicate them effectively to potential clients.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits for clients and the internal team.
Handle inquiries from social media, website, ads, and other marketing channels.
Track and manage the client journey from first contact to conversion.
Support sales and marketing initiatives with creative input and data-driven insights.
Maintain reports on business development activities and client interactions.
Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for design, architecture, and high-end client service
Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital marketing
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
Experience in interior design/real estate/luxury lifestyle segment is a plus
