Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive – Inside Sales to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue through telephonic, email, and virtual client interactions. You’ll play a key role in building Techsysa’s client base and supporting our sales growth across IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand Techsysa’s service offerings and pitch appropriate solutions to potential clients.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their IT needs.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and client communications.
Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT services like cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions is a plus.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales outreach tools.
