Business Development Executive (Male preferred) – Ed-tech (Remote/WFH)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Candidates with minimum 1 to 3 years may apply. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of up skilling depending on the student’s area of interest.
Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone & creating a strong pipeline.
Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly and quarterly enrolment/ revenue and collection targets.
Training existing Admissions Counselors on how to sell to potential learners.
Help them understand the importance of navigating a career.
Must be a good listener and be trained in matching candidate needs to a future career.
What we are looking for?
Must have an overview of technological/industrial understanding of Data Science Machine Learning and AI.
Individual with outstanding English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales in B2C ideally. Education sales experience is preferred.
Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.
Sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what The IoT Academy is offering to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
