Full job description
We are a growing software consulting startup based in Kochi, Kerala, offering custom software development, cloud data warehousing, system integration, web/mobile application development, AI/ML solutions, and IT outsourcing services to global clients. We’re now looking for a smart and driven Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients and grow our presence in international markets like Middle East, US and Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients in the US, UK, Europe, or other developed markets
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, online platforms, and other sales channels
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, conduct discovery calls, and follow up regularly
Prepare and present service proposals, pitch decks, and capability documents
Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand offerings and customize proposals
Research market trends and competition to find new business opportunities
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on outreach and progress
Key Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication in English
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
Familiarity with IT services such as web/app development, AI/ML, or cloud solutions
Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Understanding of sales lifecycle – from prospecting to closing
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
