Business Development Executive / Manager – Field Sales

Experience: 1-3 yrs max.

Salary range: 30- 50k In-hand + incentives p.m (ESOP Optional)

WE’RE HIRING A SALES/BDM WHO CAN OWN THE STREETS OF MUMBAI

We’re looking for an on-ground hustler (our first formal sale guy) who can:

Pitch, onboard & activate merchants in real-world locations

Build solid relationships with shop owners & local businesses

Hit weekly targets and grow our merchant footprint across Mumbai

Represent Spotted as the face of Gen Z payments on the streets

Location: Mumbai (Field Role)
Experience: 1–3 years in business development (some of it must be on-ground), or merchant onboarding

Bonus if you’ve worked in UPI, fintech, payments, or FMCG

This is not a desk job. You’ll be out there—meeting people, understanding what ticks them, solving their problems, and most importantly—building relationships that last.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per month
